So some interesting news in real estate over the last month. Rennie is taking Shape Properties to court over missing payments for marketing the Amazing Brentwood. The BC government raised the home owners grant threshold to 1.6 million. And of course, the first-time buyers loan program comes into effect today. No news on how lenders will be handling this program.
In terms of the attached market, I'm still seeing some stickiness in pricing and not a huge amount of inventory.
