Every month there will be one day some douchebag that illegally dumps shit (black bags of garbage/furniture items) behind one of my neighbors backyard area. They have a big bush, so it's usually behind/under, so the neighbor technically never sees/knows. I'm sure its one of the stupid neighbors that live on the same block.
Seriously, how hard is either throw into garbage or pay the small fee to dump it at the dump yard. It's idiots like these that screws everyone over in property taxes increase because of the increase of resources required to clean shit up like this. It's dumbtards like these that also do not realize they are costing themselves more money in the long run.
