With all those add-on's and a drink plus tax and tip you almost paid $100 just for yourself for mediocre food. Not really a deal and you could have got way better food at Hy's or similar steakhouse for that price.

IMHO, everything is more justifiable than going out for steak.
It's a fluke if the done-ness is right.
And restaurants seem to choose pretty grill marks over a tasty crust.
Would rather eat where a chef and team can showcase their skill and creativity.
And save my steak nights for home.
It's the easiest thing to learn to make, and totally worth the effort.
