Those scopes look good. Nice hardware, good machining. If the glass is good, you're laughing. It's funny to think of spending $400 on a scope for a .22 though. The great thing is, if you don't want to keep it on the .22, you could always move it to another gun.
My brother just bought a Lapua .338 and is looking for glass for it. He showed me a link today for a Zeiss Victory FL Diavari 6-24x56mm. Gently used, it's $2300. Damn.
