There are small detached lots in the Port Hammond area that might be in your price range. Silver Valley is where all of the well off people are so, perhaps you might want to see if there are any townhouses up there.
Otherwise, if you just want a townhouse, you could probably get a modern townhouse in Pitt Meadows by the river for that price. Or why not Walnut Grove so you don't have to pay the Golden Ears toll?
