going on a dozen years with my DC5....still remember taking delivery of it when I was barely legal to drive. I do my best to keep it in decent condition as I plan to keep it as long as it runs. Might be nice to do the cross-country thing with it one day.
I still stand by what I say though. I baby my toys but don't pretend like it's my child and invest a small fortune at them. At the end of the day, it's just a dinosaur burner in a metal shell. Maybe I'll think differently if it's a limited production car passed down from previous generation(s)...not an econobox Honda.
