Do you really list out negatives as a reason to date someone? Like when I date someone I always talk about the good things about her first. Maybe if you change your perception of the people you date, it would change your outlook on what people think about you when they date you. Don't kid yourself, if you are hanging out with somebody, hang out because you want to, not because you're lonely.
Seriously, you have to stop coming up with fucking safety nets on justifying the situation when things don't work out.
You know how I see this if you don't start a relationship? "Oh, she was boring anyways; I just can't stand it now where I was able to before"
