I'm probably stating the obvious but....
I always come across these types of places during random walks/visits to Granville Island and/or Lonsdale Quay. They're bead/diy jewelry places (duh lol) and should sell different types on beads. I just never pay attention to what these places are called, sorry.
Back in the early 2000s I used to go to a shop on Granville St. and Robson ish (Entertainment disctrict) that specialized on this type of thing. We would go to make rave bracelets and necklackes ahaha shit.
EDIT: A quick Google search yielded KIMDOLY BEADS and BEADWORKS both located at Granville Island
