personally, I would probably call the city or SPCA and ask for advice. I'm pretty sure cops don't handle these things nor would SPCA send anyone.
sounds like they should be on the hook for some vet bills at least
hope your dog is ok
It's 48 story building, each floor has about 10 units.
I did call the city hall and filed an complaint, along with my&strata contact# after talking to strata.
And yes, we do come across each other quite often. I got a very detailed description of the owners actually.
Thank you.

Thank you.
I was bit hesitant contacting strata because when it come to pets, they behave very, very sensitive even though it's pet friendly building.
Regardless, I took everyone's advice here and did contact the strata.

I drafted a simple and detailed ad to post at the board with pictures.
I did contact the strata and they'll do their job on behalf from now on hopefully.
As mentioned above, they become very sensitive when it comes to 'pet matters'(ie: i did get notice and fined because my dog sometimes howls due to separation anxiety) so i was trying to stay away from contacting them in the beginning. I did not also want the other parties get into too much trouble.
If they're renters not the owners, they may get evicted. That's what I was concerned about but oh wells..

Thank you.
True. Ad I created to put up at the board did state the fact that it's just not other pets, also the young ones might be in danger due to the other dog's aggressiveness.

Thank you.
I will give it time till the end of this week and probably create another ad with rewards or something else
if the owners of the other dog don't come foward.
