Thank you for that. I feel like the trendy saying of "no dangerous dogs only bad owner" is so overrated. Some dogs ARE hard to handle. Some are even meant to be hard to handle. Before you go blaming the owner for being a bad owner, the same owner would have been a model canine parent had he selected something more handlable for their situation and ability.

Is he a bad owner or just way over his head?

This is the same analogy as teenage kids with high power sports cars
