I personally find the All Clad handles very uncomfortable so you may want to familiarize yourself with them if you haven't. I have small Asian hands so that's probably the issue
They are excellent, otherwise - mostly due to the tri-ply construction. I haven't found any measureable difference using copper core/five-ply but if you want the best of the best and you're not paying for it go for it. They are as much display pieces as they are functional.
