Imagine a world where you buy a car, drive it a realistic number of km's per year, then sell it for a $5000 profit. It makes no sense.

That's actually not a bad idea. They're fun cars, and the prices have dropped enough that it's almost worth it to have the little issues taken care of when they come up.
Just wait..... now that we've talked about minis in this thread, the prices are going to skyrocket!
