Key responsibilities and duties:
- Taking sales over the phone, live chat, and email
- Outbound sales and maintaining wholesale/dealer accounts
- Troubleshooting technical questions over the phone
Qualifications/Assets:
- Experience in customer service and sales
- Interest/familiarity with cars
- Familiarity with CSS framework, HTML, and web design is an asset but not required
