Contractors are actually forced to do more jobs in a short amount of time that's why quality drops at times. Telus techs can refuse work and claim they dont have time because they are hourly. So that work gets dropped to the contractor who is overbooked. It's a cascading effect. That doesn't really benefit anyone except the Telus Tech who gets paid regardless.
