IIRC he brought it over from alberta.* American imports usually just trigger the outer low beams for DRL requirements. The inner (highbeams) lights at low brightness like in his pic is generally a good clue that it's an OG canadian car.
Worth a look if this is what you're looking for.
*EDIT: sounds like i'm getting 2 cars mixed up - that or 2 stories. either way I still like the look of this car (biased/not biased)
