Installed my flush mounts the other day, I'm glad they're not recessed like the 07-08 ones. They actually stick out pretty far that I don't think I needed to buy the turn signal mirrors, but doesn't hurt to be more visible when signaling I guess
Flush mount vs OEM
Gloss black turn signal mirrors vs OEM. Aftermarket ones sit a bit lower than the OEM, but visibility isn't bad at all. The mirror itself is very good quality surprisingly.
The indicators on the mirrors are kind of cool too, won't have to look down on my cluster as much to see if I'm actually signalling, or if I forgot to turn them off
I did have to mount the aftermarket mirrors onto the OEM mirror mount, and had to mount them upside down so the signals aren't as noticeable as they could be. But still, better than nothing. If anything I like how they're gloss black haha. Drilled a hole in the OEM mirror mount and the front cowl right underneath the mirror mount so it's covered.
