I doubt back in 2005 Porsche offers ceramic brake package for C2S. It was only Turbo S and GT2/3 that have the option to upgrade if I remember correctly.

edit: However it has yellow and 6 pistons caliper on the first pictures which indicate it's ceramic brake package. Regardless it's a good buy for sure. You can always resell the ceramic brake package for $$ and spend half of them to put on regular brake which is good enough for C2S anyways. Or just be a baller driving it around, those should last 100k km.
