That list looks current. Haven't seen Ilyn Payne for several seasons now, so who knows if she'll ever complete the list itself. Mountain and Hound both "died" but they're still alive so there's that technicality.
A lot of talk online regarding the 3 horses running off (2 white, 1 black) as a foreshadowing of Dany's dragons, so we'll see if that theory ever plays out. It's kind of brief in the major scheme of things, so who knows
