3 key things for phone interviews
1) CHEAT sheet: have ALL the pre-written answer in POINT form with KEY words. Practice often and make sure when you answer questions, you go pack to the key words u have when you glace over.
2) STAND UP: like ZN6, when you STAND up during the interview (it helps to project your voice) and SMILE. People on the other end CAN tell the difference.
3) You better damn well know what you're answering; it's not different than any other interview.
