I was at Congee Noodle King on Kingsway and this baby kept screaming at the top of her lungs every min or so. It was those scream that vibrates your eardrums, so annoying. Like, don't the parents look at what the problem is with the child and attempt to fix it? Or maybe just bring her outside.
