black pants, dress shirt, no tie (unless u see everyone there wear a tie) and a blazer jacket is fine.
what you can do is get there 10 minutes before u go in, say hi to reception and ask where the washroom is. If you take a peek and see everyone has a tie one, then take the time to go to the bathroom to don on a tie. Not a big deal.
I've only seen 1 company who are still very old school corporate (IBM) where everyone still wear full blown suits.
PS how do you not have 1 blue dress shirt. ahhahah
