You can get the EU version preorder on amazon.it right now. About $200 CAD with a freight forwarding company. They will only ship to an Italian address.

Last year when I lined up for NES on launch day (no pre orders last year). Eb games, Toyrs R US, Walmart, Best Buy in Victoria had about 20 each if I remember correctly.
Pre sale scalper edition units are already confirmed selling for $400 CAD. In case you guys haven't heard Quebec is not getting any so most residents will be buying at inflated prices.
