Why thank you. It is a stunning place indeed.
We were there for 8 nights / 9 days, and we managed to do the full Ring Road (1350km) in that time.
I would've liked another 1-2 days, so I'd say that 10-12 days is ideal. That would allow enough time to do the full Ring Road without feeling rushed.
