CT steelies are about $45 - $50 each for most applications. They used to stock OES rims so if you manage to find some NOS, you're set.
However, i would NOT recommend the steelies they sell now. It's a brand called RSSW and they come bnib wobbly as hell, regardless of being "multi-fit" or "OE-fit". Trust me, i've had to spend extra time balancing those wheels and they usually take more than 3-4 ounces, which is a lot for a passenger vehicle. The rims seem to be heavier, thick soft metal when compared to OE rims.
Definitely not very good quality, unless it doesn't really matter for your application
