Go put $300 in cash in front of the seller (in person not over email) and I'd bet you'd have those rims. Do whatever you want with the tires. A set of 4 new steelies will cost you $224 (4x $50 +tax). Not much more for a set of alloys. Sell the tires for $100 and get your outlay down even further?
