PSA: don't buy steelies from Costco.ca
They used to have a good supplier for their steelies but no longer. The rims they get are cheap crap that, as you've noticed, bend very easily. Canadian Tire also has the same problem. Best bet is to find OEM steelies or to go to a proper tire shop (Kal Tire, B&B, 1010, etc) and ask for their higher quality ones. At least those will be hub centric and should withstand more than a light touch without bending.
