I find Costco has the best price for Blizzak, with extra 5% discount from KalTires for price matching and $70 rebates (which costco doesn't have).
I don't mind getting them done and pay a little more for install ($8 difference per tire install compared to Costco) at Kaltires thats literally 2 minutes away from me.

I just talked to KalTire and apparently they said they won't price match any tires that they don't carry... since the WS80's have to be custom ordered in.

Also, any sale prices are only cause the rebate has been applied already. (I initially thought I was getting a good deal, lol)
