Valve covers are sweating, passenger front window regulator is shot, needs a good detail inside/out, there was slight surface rust forming on the trunk underneath the rear plate from rubbing, and I found a gas receipt in the console for regular fuel...

Seller didn't know anything about the maintenance history as the vehicle belongs to his parents. Apparently there's a $3000 claim on it from 2008. They've owned the car for approximately a year and a half, selling to get into a van. They've reduced the price aggressively the last couple of days, down to $14,800, but he was willing to take $13,800 on the spot.
