Which reminds me, I need to gather up a shitload of change for Saturday so I can take my son into Children's for his appointment. Having pay parking is probably the best way to discourage other's from parking at the lots for free all day. Yes spending $$$ sucks, but I think most people would rather pay to spend more time with their loved ones than to walk blocks to the hospital or be stuck circling the lots to look for parking.
