Your parents are partly to blame as well. Not saying this to negate them being good people or anything, so please don't take it as such.
They have allowed her to go further and further into a lifestyle of dependance that it will be nearly impossible for her to get out of it without being forced to. Its on them to tell her, you either pay rent, or get the fuck out. Its not that they need to give up helping her, but they have to at least take away some of the advantages she is taking from them, because she sure isn't going to give them up herself. She has had this behaviour instilled into her by continuing to be rewarded for it.
