I'm not trying to sound high or mighty or better-than-thou at all. But I personally wouldn't be able to stand a continual drain from work like that at all for anything more than a few months.

easier said than done. We live in a country where education is unlimited.
Many of these families who start up restaurants, particularly vietnamese places all came from vietnam which gives little to no education back in the days. They move to a better country (canada) in hopes to feed their family.. with no education means hard work and time
