If you want a HTPC style case and are putting in a radiator, I'd go with the Core 500. I had it before and it was a very good case.
I'd personally skip the AIO though. Get a topflow cooler like the Phanteks PH-TC12LS and undervolt the CPU (assuming you have a Z-series motherboard). This combo worked for me and I don't think my 6700K ever hit 70 degrees outside of stability tests.
You can also use a tower cooler if you like, but then you lose out on the top two fan mounts.
If you go this route, an optional recommendation would be to get a SFX power supply. The case is still small, and SFX power supplies come with shorter cables and the unit itself is also smaller giving you extra space. Make sure it comes with a SFX-ATX bracket. Corsair units don't come with one, but Silverstone ones do.
