any airlines to avoid in terms of safety?
is a flight pass worthwhile or just look for individual fares (ph and malaysia but might try to go for chiangmai again)
airasia's rules screwd me over quite badly last time...but I didn't have travel insurance then
get travel insurance...totally worth it
