chiang mai experts, what's the best way to get to chiang rai?
is renting a scooter/car viable, rather than getting a van ride or day tour?
all the day tours stop at mainly tourist-traps that I don't care about...I just want to see white temple...I guess long-neck tribal village would be neat but the Internet says it's unethical haha
