Not sure what age range you are?

My suggestion is eat in moderation as one becomes older. Drink lots of water and exercise whenever you can.

Some people can eat whatever they want and loads of it no matter what age, where it plays no health effects. Each one' body reacts differently, have to use your own judgement.
