the additional time invisalign takes is def a downside, especially with minor adjustments it seems that regular old braces are so far ahead of when i had them as a kid you can get a tonne of movement done very quickly

Imo. The extra time was worth it because I didnt have to go through the pains of regular old braces (hard to clean, cuts your mouth easily, aesthetics). When your in mid 20s, braces arent exactly the hottest look. During my invisalign treatment, it was very rare for anyone to actually notice them. It was only the people who had them before or was doing it too that noticed
