Woah, what a coincidence.......
Except I gave my friend the OK to apply at my company with my referral and I also mentioned what his salary could be, and he seemed pretty set on getting in.
I offered him another potential job, but he declined it due to the salary being $?K lower, but I did tell him that it would have given him the experience to "catch up."
Fast forward, HR+co tells me they would have trashed his resume if it wasn't for my referral lululul. I can't reveal more but yeah
