I am on the search for more money, too. I've been comparing my wage with similar positions on
Glassdoor. I work in a non-profit, and pay is typically less than the market, but even factoring that in, there is still a large disparity between my wage and the industry standard. At this point, I'm thinking I need to ask for 30%, and see if I can get 20-25%.
