I have been hearing a lot of weird stuff about changes in Mercedes specs. First, I was told by a tech at a Merc dealership that he received and MB bulletin saying they should only use an oil that meets 229.52 on diesels. I know that most Mercedes diesel is using 229.51. Is it 229.52 oil that is better on 2008 Mercedes ML320 CDi? or 229.52 oil is only good for Bluetec, not CDi?
