Plenty of local roasters around the hood so I’ve been making my rounds in terms of beans, so far my favorite is Moja in comercial, their espresso blend is mild but delicious

I've found Espresso JJ is a very safe, consistent choice. Bit of sugar and milk and it tastes like caramel coffee. Also had pretty good luck with Matchstick's Deri Kochoha (the filter version), though their beans tend to be a bit harder to grind.
