Wtf do you guys use on you everyday shoes for water proofing. I'm a Calgarian who has no idea about water proofing. I got a new pair of LA Coste shoes, applied the usual silicone based spray, but am wondering if there is any thing better. I think I've gotten over the fact that the shoes WILL get wet given how much it rains, but is there any tried and tested water proofing methods that you guys could suggest. Mink oil? Regular application of silicone based spray?
