I dont think I can? Ive had eczema all my life so I had a predisposition to weak probiotics already but western doctors didnt even really know much about link between gut health and skin conditions when I was 15?
Even now, i went to the hospital last January because legit my whole body was swollen and cracked,they couldnt even find a spot to take blood from.. They ended up tapping a vein close to one of my fingers. The hospital then just sent me home with steroids and antihistamines?? Theyre so useless LOL
I found much better information looking at holistic wellness and chinese medicine tbh! Of course it takes months to work cuz it has to build up in your system since its all natural but I prefer it........ My liver gets overworked from taking antihistamines already lol.
