I think I said it before at some point, but this kind of thinking creates a very bad cycle. You think you are useless, so you don't do anything, which actually does make you useless, and you think worse of yourself.
One thing to realize is that everyone fucks up at some point. Even the most successful men do. If you make a mistake, so be it. No one is perfect.
