Thailand food standards?... so I saw this noodle soup stall on the side of the road.
I ordered one... started eating it.
Then I saw how they were cleaning the used bowls... basically...
1) Toss leftovers onto the curb
2) Dunk the bowl into a pail of murky water
3) Ladle a scoop of hot soup into the bowl
4) Dump that soup into the street
5) ... make next order ...
