Is there anything decent under $40? Opened and quickly finished a $100 limited Macallan I got at duty free years ago. Following this guide I bought a $27 Famous Grouse, which isn't too good straight up. Would Naked Grouse for $40 be a bad buy?

I picked up a $40 Buffalo Trace Bourbon and it's a completely different direction, but ok. Hoping for something smoother. Some of the recent recommended budget scotches on this thread are over $60 now.. Might try that Dewars 12 posted earlier for $40.
