That was at the Lowes meet that happens every Saturday in Nanaimo. That's the second one I have seen on the Island. I here there is also an RS meet in Victoria every Friday that I may have to check out.

Figures. I was in Nanaimo visiting my parents and noticed all the cars at the new Lowes, so I stopped by and walked though, and this must have come by shortly after I left.
