I agree.
In a small frame size the wheels interfere with your pedalling. Plus it looks odd as the overall look of the bike is off based on the huge wheels.
I just built a Transition Patrol in 650b and it's perfect. The medium frame is good for a short inseam, even with a dropper post. Coming from 22 years of DH on a 26" bike, the jump to 27.5" was a really positive change. |
Thanks for the input. I'll keep searching. That bike looked like a good deal though. I don't want to have to buy another set of 650b to swap on. I don't DH or anything, just simple trail riding and some single track stuff.
From my research online, it seems that most if not all medium frame bikes come with 29ers? Would that be correct in your experiences?
