2007 CRV Air conditioning - Recharge necessary?

My wife says her 2007 CRV's AC isn't blowing cold enough on hot days. When I try it, the air feels cold, but I guess not like ice cold as when the car was brand new.

Do AC systems need to get recharged to produce colder air, or as long as there's no leaks and the air coming out is cold, then that's as good as it gets?

Back in 2014, we had the AC clutch coil replaced and the dealership tested the pressure and said it was good. I also replaced the reply in 2016. Other than that, I've never had the AC system serviced.
