Yup, realtor fees, property transfer fees, closing costs, moving costs, property tax on new place. I live in the burbs and if I bought a house that costs the exact same as mine it still is going to cost me 50 grand in all that shit that comes along with selling and moving.
I could move back to Sask. and be mortgage free in a nicer house then I have here but the only problem with that is I'd have to live in Sask.
