I'm not terribly familiar with restaurants in Richmond anymore, so I was hoping for some suggestions. I'm looking for a relatively quiet restaurant that takes reservations for around 8 people. Asian with vegetarian options is preferred, but am open to other ideas. And by quiet, I just mean something that's not pumping music at full blast with your neighbouring table yelling in order to be heard by the waiters.
